Meet the Team
James Goater, Founder & CEO
Before launching InTick, James held a variety of senior roles at Barclays Corporate and Investment Bank, where he served as Director of Primes Sales and Electronic Futures. Prior to Barclays, James was Vice President, Electronic Futures Sales Trading at Societe Generale and Goldman Sachs, where he started his career in 2007.
Ben Parker, Co-founder & COO
Ben has over 20 years experience working in the Listed Derivatives market. He served as Managing Director, Global Head of Futures, OTC Clearing & FX Prime Brokerage Sales and European Head of OTC Clearing at Barclays Corporate and Investment Bank. Ben started his career at JP Morgan in 2000, working in London and New York across a number of roles for more than a decade.
Sarah Timms, Co-founder & CPO
With 15 years experience as a Product leader, Sarah is an expert in creating and scaling product and design functions able to take products to market with the greatest chance of commercial success. Sarah has spent the last 5 years consulting for companies and founders on Product Management. Sarah specialises in B2B SaaS, in the US and UK.
Emanuel Kuce Radis, CTO
Emanuel is a highly experienced technologist with over 20 years of experience. He has held the positions of CTO, CPO, and Chief Architect for the past 13 years, focusing on providing cutting-edge and innovative products and services to clients in the FinTech, financial services and banking industries across North America, Europe and East Asia.
