Before launching InTick, James held a variety of senior roles at Barclays Corporate and Investment Bank, where he served as Director of Primes Sales and Electronic Futures. Prior to Barclays, James was Vice President, Electronic Futures Sales Trading at Societe Generale and Goldman Sachs, where he started his career in 2007.
James Goater, Founder & CEO
Ben has over 20 years experience working in the Listed Derivatives market. He served as Managing Director, Global Head of Futures, OTC Clearing & FX Prime Brokerage Sales and European Head of OTC Clearing at Barclays Corporate and Investment Bank. Ben started his career at JP Morgan in 2000, working in London and New York across a number of roles for more than a decade.

With 15 years experience working in technology companies, Sarah is an expert in building commercially viable digital products. Sarah has scaled and led product teams in B2B SaaS companies in the US and UK. Sarah has spent the last 5 years consulting and coaching technology companies and founders on all aspects of Product Development, working for such brands as BookaTable.com, Mintec, Cazoo, Sedex, and GSK.
